2009 Masters Track & Field World Outdoor Championships
Competed in 2009. Training for 2019 Worlds.

Progress, even slowly, is still progress

WMA 2015 Masters World Track Championships
Yesterday, June 13, 2015.

Progress, even slowly, is still progress.

An official USA team top is required for all Team USA competitors. Ordered it yesterday at the request of the organizers.

Looking forward to getting back on the track (sidewalk) again tomorrow morning.

When we are on a health comeback is it easier to make excuses?

Or is the notion that skipping exercise today and chalking it up to over-managing rest, considered a cop out?

Watched Jamaica’s Usain Bolt repeat as World’s Fastest Man at yesterday’s 2013 Track & Field World Championships.

And it was the first time, ever, four athletes from the same country appeared in a final.

Historic.

Inspiring.
