Do you believe radiant work life balance is impossible?
Easiest way to feel like a lottery winner?
Spend your life getting to a place of balanced wellness.
The executive with 38 years experience in one of the world’s largest automotive companies said, “You didn’t think I had 38 years experience, did you?”
The facilitator asked, “Class of ’76?”
Big shot executive, “Yes.”
The facilitator, “Class of ’77.”
The Detroit executive didn’t think the other guy had that much experience either.
We often don’t realize what’s possible in life until we see it face to face.
The astonished executive now has an opportunity to raise his bar.
At 56, the 38-year executive looked good, yet his radiant light was dim.
Raising the bar means radiating your spirit, not just your clothes and hairstyle.
And our spiritual radiance is enhanced when our physical wellness is vibrant.
We have to be decently organized in order to maintain physical wellness.

She’s 99 years old.
Here she is running the 100-meter sprint.
What’s holding any of us back?
Hat tip to Lorie Sheffer for the link.
Our air conditioner stopped working and upstairs was sweltering. Grabbed a tank top heading out the door (also sweltering) to pick up our Son at school.
He asked if we could go to a store near the Mall (same Mall with an Apple Store). We spontaneously ate dinner at the Mall food court and I suggested we pop into the Apple Store.
Totally unplanned, bought a new iPhone case.
The Apple Store employee said to the 54-year old, “I wanna look that good when I’m your age”.
Approaching 15 years of focused and disciplined effort.
When you hear the long way is the short cut, it ain’t a theory.
The devil wants us to believe aging is a downhill process.
And yes, aging is what it says it is – aging.
Once we accept that, we can learn to be experts at it.
Instead of victims.
Everyone good with that?
