One of the biggest challenges for older “athletes” is staying healthy – also known as staying injury free. Aches and pains are inevitable. But they don’t have to stop us.

Insight: When your body is telling you something, listen. We don’t need to stop, but slowing down may be a brilliant idea. So yesterday the 50-minute run became a 50-minute walk.
