How much is enough?

mountain
Do i really need to summit Mt Siyeh? It’s one of six Glacier summits higher than 10,000 feet. Over one-million acres, only six. Have hiked by it a couple dozen times. Have even done reconnaisance the past three years. Have dreamed of standing on the summit during those three years.

About a month from flying to Glacier for Summer 2023.

Cognizant this won’t publish until deep into Winter 2024.

Aware that finishing 15 consecutive years is on the horizon.

At peace with never trying to set a world record.

Never dreamed i’d make it 100 consecutive days writing five daily, differently-themed blog posts.

So impossible.

Yet here we are, well into year 14, turning into year 15.

Which begs a question, “How much is enough?”

If only, physically

Trimming tree limbs for tomorrow’s driveway project.

What if you took care of your health metrics in a way that showed you love physical vibrancy?

Why would anyone

Why would anyone pick the opposite of physical vibrancy?

A book of jeff noel’s Disney insights?

Funny sign on a door
It’s so challenging (read nearly impossible) to get back to the date of a photo used in the mobile WordPress admin blogging function. This photo is an insight, but not a jeff noel Disney insight. 😳🥳

What about a book of jeff noel’s Disney insights?

Insatiably healthy?

Lobster tail baked potato, and broccoli on a plate
As good as the Disney Fantasy meals are, Cheryl’s cooking is my favorite. This is a delicious and nutritious plate of her ‘art’.

Insatiably healthy? Hope so.

Once you’ve been physically vibrant, you should never be able to not be that. Set the highest standard for yourself. Maintain and improve it for a lifetime. A standard and expectation that flies in the face of (typical) humanity.
