Three 80+ minute workouts this week.

While remaining flexible over the years, flexibility has received the least amount of focus in recent years.

Like the three little pigs, there are four layers:

  1. Inflexible
  2. Barely flexible
  3. Moderately flexible
  4. Excellently flexible

Clueless, beginner, moderate, expert.

Covid-19.

Our preparation and tolerance for the unexpected is being revealed as we speak.

When you are unprepared

Yesterday afternoon, floating in the pool awaiting visitors, including world-class podcaster Jody Maberry.

When you are unprepared you deal with the consequences.

Not being prepared for today’s If Disney Ran Your Life podcast recordings if vastly different than not being prepared to live an active lifestyle filled with smart choices about anaerobic and aerobic exercise, rest, nutrition, flexibility, core, and motivation.

Do your best and hone your habits and rituals.

Over time, they consistently improve or rarely improve.

Be prepared for the lifestyle you chose.
