Being decently organized (but far from perfect) can help us anticipate challenging days in which exercise will become much more difficult to do.

Exercised through the weekend and Monday morning knowing today and yesterday would be long work days living in a hotel.

The benefit? No guilt.

And even joy in not exercising.

Slowing Your Pace Has A Time And Place

Road warriors struggle to find time and energy to exercise.

Stopped at Gold’s Gym on the way home from the airport last night. At home after dinner, I logged the workout and noticed that if I run this morning, I’ll only have two running days in seven. I do not need to slow down that much. But my relative could.
