Felt good to be ordinary with a small exception

Map My Run screen shot
Yesterday’s run was ordinary, except for one thing – mile four.

Felt good to go nine miles. Felt good to dip near seven minutes in mile four. The little things can be good for our soul, if we aren’t too busy to notice.

We can not eliminate weight with wait

Two miles into yesterday’s 8-miler, this reminded me of what France has been through the past six days.

Just a normal, ordinary morning on November 18, 2015.

We can not eliminate weight with wait.

What’s Impossible?

What is impossible?  Almost everything, right?  Our goals, our ambitions, World Peace, eliminating poverty.

What is possible?  Ordinary, average, common, within reach, comfortable.

If people only focus on what’s impossible, they won’t focus on what is possible.

Did you catch that?

If people only focus on what’s possible, they won’t focus on what is impossible.

It’s a catch-22 isn’t it?
