Imagine…Pardon our dust from decades of neglect…we deeply care about you…but not enough to prove it to you…can you imagine saying this to yourself? Context: Every Disney Theme Park endeavors to look as good as or better than it did on opening day. Disneyland is 60+ years old. It still sparkles with Magic.

Most illness stems from neglect

Disney Customer Service Keynote Speaker Jeff Noel

Most illness stems from neglect.

Certain genetics, mutations, and other rare conditions create exceptions to the broad statement.

Inadequate rest is another form of inactivity. Chronic sleep deprivation creates fertile environments for bad conditions to grow.

Other neglected health areas: neglecting nutrition, neglecting flexibility, neglecting your core, neglecting your muscle strength and cardiovascular capacity, and neglecting your motivation.
