Listening to our body is not just for freaks of nature

Out for an early morning run (again) at University of Iowa

No Achilles’ tendon pain yesterday. None on the two earlier Iowa runs either.

Listening to our body is not just for freaks of nature or Olympic athletes.

Like any other relationship we should listen intently, accept feedback, and make changes as necessary.

Impossible to improve if we don’t listen.

OMFG – Oh My Fairy Godmother – the language some people pose as art

Four more days until nirvana.

Some long sought after bliss?

Kinda.

Two weeks of no running while recovering from double inguinal hernia repair.

If we don’t exercise because the doctor orders us, that’s one thing.

Not exercising when were capable, but don’t?

WTF!

Wow, that’s funny.
