Four miles into yesterday’s run, this was the second photo taken. A “rear-view mirror” image so to speak.
Have bought her a meal before, when she “lived” by the gas station.
Meanwhile, the run became epic. Longest in 30 years.

Humbled by the physical aging process.
There will come a day when we will regret not exercising, not eating well, and not managing our sleep cycle.
The illiterate of the world are those who know what should be done but look the other way.
One was doing a plank using a sturdy chair on one side and a sturdy table on the other.
The other quickly came over and said, dude, that’s not safe.
The first one finished the plank and then said, dude, this wouldn’t be safe for you, but for a world class athlete, not a problem.
Upon hearing the words come out of his mouth, in defense of his behavior – he had a profound moment.
