Learning what to hold onto and what to let go of, right?
If we don’t take care of our body, where will we live?
Years from now we’ll look back and rejoice or deeply regret our current health habits.
Life’s first two big choices covered for today, now the third big choice gets it’s shot here.
We are not judging you when this happens, instead we wonder.
When we see others, or ourselves, living in poor health, we wonder, “Why?”
The real question is why aren’t we doing all the things necessary to live a healthy life?
And how is it that we got so comfortable – mentally and physically -with self-destructive habits.
We’ve covered mental and physical, now scoot over to emotional (spiritual), click go.
The one habit that we must never get good at? Making excuses.
Didn’t feel like running yesterday. Compromised and did a much slower, shorter run, and then walked the rest.
And our unhealthy choices break us.
But they do it so slowly.
In either case.
This is why lifelong success is so elusive. We don’t see results fast enough.
And why health wake-up calls are so painful. We never see it coming.
Ultimately, our choices make us.
Look, I really don’t want to preach and tell people what they should do, but really, do you need anybody to tell you you should take care of your body?
Alright, here’s another attempt to sell you on the whole healthy habits thing. This video is short and what you need to do is at the end of it. I’d watch the whole minute 24 seconds if I were you.
