This time of year the day heats up quickly after sunrise. We are not far from the day (in April or May) when the nighttime low temp will not drop below 70 until September. This is shirtless running weather.

A couple more creative story-nicknames surfaced. You know, kinda like a book title – the name (title) summarizes the contents.

‘Doctor’ came to mind for a lead character.

Initially, just Dr.

Then a last name.

Unk.

Why?

Such a short bike ride. A decent jog (one way). And an hour walk (one way).

Mental vibrancy (growth mindset) and spiritual vibrancy (peace and contentment) support physical wellbeing.

Even though mental and spiritual don’t move a muscle.

The next three posts, hopefully (optimistically) will be written from a good and decent perspective.

Context: When being publicly ridiculed, refuse to succumb to futile self-defense. Public, crowd-ridicule is a unique spectacle and we should pray for every good and decent friend to take a stand to stop it.

Sick

Hello Lane 8 readers.  It’s 3:30PM here in Central Florida.  It’s also Friday.  Woo-hoo!

However, I’m sick and just woke up.  There may be a post here later today, but it’s doubtful.  Need to fall back to sleep.

Sleep is a great painkiller.
