To say my sleep rhythm was disrupted in 2013 would be an understatement. What if we treated it like other things we wanted? Setting small, medium, and large goals?

Slept 8.5 hours last night. A goal. On purpose.

Insight: When we make health a daily habit, it doesn’t matter what time of year you ask. Our answer is always this, “It’s going well”.

Christmas is just 25 days away… or is everyday Christmas? That’s the point. Your wellness is not determined by your annual checkup. It’s determined by the way you approach each day. All 365 of them.
