Be flexible.

Physically.

Emotionally

Habitually.

First time for everything

First time for everything.

Pretty cool to write while being driven home.

Glad we got to run this morning, 1,000 miles from home.

Will move walking and gym workouts to Tues-Thurs-Sat this week.

Bouncing to infinity?

Bouncing to infinity?

No.

Bouncing to the first floor.

We need to relocate from second-floor convenience for two days and one night, while the remodeling crew finishes the new flooring on the stairs.

Luckily we have an outdoor shower with hot water, but not a lot of privacy.

On a side note, and perhaps the most powerful event in 2019, our Son initiated a health and wellness protocal at his school.

Structured and unstructured exercise

Serendipitously captured in the moment, recording “If Disney Ran Your Life” with Jody Maberry.

Structured and unstructured exercise is a great way to have something predictable planned and to have some things just morph into a lifestyle change.

Riding a bicycle to the post office, dentist, or grocery store is a great alternative to driving.

Waking to dinner is another.

Be disciplined for the structured part and be present for the other stuff.

Grateful for a weekend workout

high school class trip
Yesterday in Europe.

Grateful for a weekend workout.

Grateful for 8 hours of sleep as well.

Our Son (18) returned late last night from a week-long High School Senior trip to Europe.

Grateful my wife did the airport pickup and delivered another student to their home.

Easily an after midnight bedtime for all of them.
