There are seasons. Summer is easier to enjoy than winter. Spring and Fall are transitions from dormancy to activity.

Do you find ways to engage yourself into knowing that your journey will often be tough, but then also, glorious?

No exercise guru is going to encourage you this way. But what if she did? What if you did?

Find a million ways to get and stay motivated. You’ll need them for the long haul.
