The i’s have it

Yesterday at the Mall At Millenia, on the way home from The Walt Disney Theater in downtown Orlando.

The i’s have it.

More specifically, the eyes have it.

Diet, exercise, nutrition, etc, are foundational. Other vital organs benefit from a strong physical well-being.

Rest, nutrition, and a strong cardio-vascular system compliment what our eyes, and other vital organs need.

There’s a digital eye exam available. Asked the store manager who is the best Optician for me.

Is there ever any harm in asking?

Age-related symptoms become more frequent

Disney Institute Keynote Speakers

In the past year or so, i can’t tell if i’m tired or if my eyes are simply drier than normal, and does the dryness create an effect that mimicks being tired?

Dry eye syndrome or keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) is something i just Googled. Probably something else since the inflammation and redness aren’t symptoms.

This article was informative.
