One month away from the end of 2019.

The gyms and sidewalks will be busier then the rest of the year.

Give it three weeks and it will be back to normal.

Maybe codependence is holding you back.

Another one bites the dust, a Queen song, reminds us that 2019 is easily replaced with 2020…and so it goes. The future waits for no one.

Good morning

One walking partner is in college, the other lives at home. One character is named Rowdy.

Heading out the door at 5:30AM to walk for 30 minutes has so much competition from other easier things to do at 5:30AM, namely sleep, drink coffee, etc.

So why head out the door at 5:30AM?

Think about it this way, if i have to explain, the answer will most likely never be understood by the recipient.

Character traits and behaviors are an asset. Do what you need to do to get and stay healthy – for a lifetime.
