Unknowingly bed-ridden

GNP.

To be able to move actively but choose not to is no different than the person who wishes to but is bed-ridden.

Bike, run, walk

biking at Walt Disney World
Yesterday, heading north on Western Way.

Exiting here, Guests perceive they are leaving Walt Disney World. Still a few miles before actually leaving property. Our Property beyond this sign is not “Show-ready” (looks ordinary), so it doesn’t matter if Guests know they are still on Property.

Caught the eye while walking last night.

Bike, run, walk yesterday, a Saturday.

Biked 31 miles through Walt Disney World in the morning.

Jogged 4 mailboxes (400 meters) in the late afternoon. Walked the 400 meters back home.

Biked 20 minutes at dusk with the Family.

Covid-19 continues to create opportunities for people and families to be more active than they’ve ever been.

Ever.

Get sick of it

So is food and rest.

Get sick of waiting, settling, comparing, and mostly, get sick of doing nothing.

Three types of personal innovation:

  • Change to be a family/community leader
  • Change because everyone else in your family/community is
  • Change or you die

Skip a day, like a broken record

No exercise yesterday.

Skip a day and it makes skipping the next day easier.

Like a broken record.

When daybreak hits in two hours, a long bike ride is planned.

Can’t move or won’t move?

Walk like you mean it.

Can’t walk or won’t walk?

Can’t do some regular movement or won’t do some regular movement?

Of course, we know and love your convincing answer, “Yes, i can and i find a million ways to stay active.”

Rock on!
