Vulture found the dead snake in our yard yesterday afternoon. Thank goodness for scavengers. Thank goodness to the ability to make wise choices.

 

i promise if you start flossing your teeth, start going to bed at a consistent bedtime, start getting regular and vigorous exercise, and begin making mindful food choices and use modest portion sizes, your wildest dreams will come true.

Taking control of your destiny in one area of your life (in this case, physical) begets taking control in other areas.

Two days ago, this notification was for the flight to Paris.

 

A few of the blessings from a crushed dream. Was able to answer yes to each question:

  • Are you still alive?
  • Are you still healthy?
  • Are you still able to run?
  • Are you cognizant that you had the time and money to invest in this dream?
  • Are you grateful that the dream ended differently than you had hoped?

These are just a few of the first thoughts. The foundation for all the other wonderful revelations.
