The challenges never end.
Never got to exercise yesterday. Wanted to.
And so it goes.
Keep the number of consecutive days like that to a minimum.
Even though today looks like more of the same.

Just didn’t have it yesterday. Didn’t feel like running even though that was the plan. Nice and easy. Maybe five miles. Had looked forward to getting into a good rhythm after being on the road last week.
Forty-five minutes. Somewhere between two and three miles.
Funny how an important conversation the night before can add a level of emotional labor that drains you into the next day.
