Bottom: the most unique calamari we’ve ever had was here, last month. Trying it again.

Said it before, and saying it again, eat like you mean it.

Pretty good job of taking it easy today. Props to yesterday’s significant rain. No watering hoses needed today.

Three hikers on a mountain
We met on Hidden Lake Trail’s boardwalk. Struck up a conversation and discovered they were climbing Reynolds. i asked if i could follow until i got uncomfortable. This is the place where we parted ways.
Disney balloons
Thought i could go in and grab another photo from that hike up the back of Reynolds. Nope. Landed on this juxtaposition after quickly realizing the fultility.

Perhaps we should never settle for drawing inside the lines.

Woman at Florida plant nursery
This morning. Second trip in as many days. Sea Grapes don’t do well in Central Florida. However, their chances increase under a large tree canopy.

Working the land is the original gym. Thank you Universe.

This is the pic i meant to use in the previous blog.

Have never owned a new car. Have never skipped a year between annual iPhone releases.

dad

Have always purchased the latest iPhone release. Since my first iPhone 3GS in 2009.

Third favorite place (three-way tie with WDW and Sanibel Island) in the world. Note: Writing this from my favorite place in the world. Photo: Cheryl, yesterday.

Can you imagine civilizations that could only walk?

dad

Rockets, jets, planes, trains, automobiles, bikes, boats, animals, and the original transportation system, walking.

Walking never offered a gateway to anything.

Until one day someone decided to walk away and never return.

Note: Awoke to 67 degrees here. Had to wear a short sleeve t-shirt. Why? Got to take a doctor-approved 15-minute walk.
