Stop Green is designed to kill chlorine resistant algae. These chemicals were added to the pool last night.

 

i thought chlorine killed every living thing.

Toxic.

Harmful.

Yes, and…

Recently learned that there is such a thing as chlorine resistant algae.

Last night at 6pm (photo from the previous post now makes sense).

As we finish the first week of April, swim season is well underway.

All of that to tell you this:

Be careful, there is probably a commitment-resistant attitude we could be living with.

If you’re not committed to vibrant health, it may be time to try some other method.

What you eat, how much sleep you get each night, how much exercise you get – these are things you need to control.

And when life feels like it’s out of control, it’s because you haven’t planned for the unexpected events that will come when you least expect them. It may also mean your motivation to be well isn’t strong enough to resist taking the easier, inactive path.

PS. It’s important to remember that amazingly positive things will also happen when you least expect them. The key, however, is to be able to weather the sudden, and sometimes prolonged, storms.

Great wellness, great attitude.

Good wellness, good attitude.

Poor wellness, poor attitude.

Morning run before sunrise.

Bike ride to breakfast by 8am. Then bike back.

Then out to the beach for more writing.
