Sleep is an asset.
So even though yesterday was a rest day, meaning no run or gym, there can still be active accomplishments.
As simple as actively ensuring we get our optimal rest. It varies for each of us. Mine is eight hours.
It hasn’t happened in several days, but last night i got 7.5 hours.
