Should You Exercise On Vacation?

It's A Tough Call (But Shouldn't Be)
It's A Tough Call (But Shouldn't Be)

Is vacation strictly a time for relaxation and self-indulgence?

Or is it an opportunity to maintain your fitness, without negatively impacting your “relaxation time”?

  1. I’m still here Jeff. I just had a number of issues that required my full attention.

I grew up in Atlantic City where we spent nearly every day on the beach in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Beach runs at the water’s edge are one of my favorite memories.

Great weather, great views (I’m a guy…what can I say), we ran barefoot, ran for miles up and down the beach, and when we were done we jumped in the ocean to cool down.

In a few years I plan on being able to do that full time again.

    Enjoy your vacation.

  2. Hoping that your full attention worked better than you expected.

Thinking of you and your Family.

Ah, the glory days, in Bruce’s “backyard” no less.

I spent the summer of 1980 in Wildwood.
