Out of nowhere, a way to mix it up at the gym

 

Greasing the neurological groove.

The rule is simple. After each exercise, you should not feel tired, you should still feel refreshed.

Changed up the reps i normally do, but didn’t change the weight.

Not only physiologically stimulating, but also psychologically invigorating.
