
Why is experimentation critical for older athletes? Because it stimulates our mind, which fuels our body’s sense of adventure. So this morning I went on a mini-adventure. Knowing I ‘m traveling today to Michigan for three days to speak, I’ll use these travel days as a rest from running. The 5k is in four days. Ya with me?
