I had to decide to be courageous enough to overcome my inertia

role model
an example for all things and a warning for none (that's the goal)

I had to decide to be courageous enough to overcome my inertia. Have you had to be courageous? I mean, to decide to get healthy? And after that, to find a million ways to stay healthy?

What motivated you? I’m not using courageous lightly here. In fact, courageous as in life saving, hero-type courage. For me, it came down to deciding to become our son’s example for healthy well being. Didn’t want to end up being a big warning for him. Know what I mean?
