Demanding excellence is a commitment, not a competition.

Do not strive for excellence.

Do not hope for excellence.

Do not wish for excellence.

Demand it.

From everyone.

Period.

End of story.

This is overkill or obnoxious depending where you are in life.

For others, and even for some companies, it’s the DNA of their life’s work.
