Finding this harder to do as i age.
Understand (and accept) why the human species, in general, does not:
- Exercise cardiovascularly
- Exercise for strength
- Eat properly
- Rest well
- Exercise core
- Get and stay motivated
Can someone explain this to me please?
Totally feeling like a misfit, outcast, crazy, freak.
To be honest, it totally does not bother me.
Talking (writing) about it publically helps people process their thoughts and strengthen their understanding of and conviction to an intentional life.
Because of this phenomenon, i kept writing on day 101 of a 100-day self-imposed writer’s bootcamp in 2009.
It’s also the reason i haven’t missed a day writing five daily, differently-themed posts, since April 1, 2009.
