Do you have time to be well?

This is a failure because 8 hours is the goal. This is also a victory because some nights it may only be six hours. It’s also a success because i slept straight through.

Do you have time to be well?

And by well, i mean time to exercise regularly, time to eat balanced nutrition, and time to get consistently adequate rest.

The herd tells us that this is okay, that being too busy for these three things is part of being an American in a busy world.

Seriously?

People bank on this?

You’re kidding, right?

Out the door at sunrise to walk two miles one-way to the gym for an hour workout.
