Can’t lift heavy things or won’t?
We all have the same answer.
We all say, “Won’t”, even if we don’t say it.
We say it with our inaction.
(Of course there are exceptions. Do you have arms and can you move them? Ok, so you are not an exception.)

- Yesterday: 2×10/70,80 2×6/90
- 1 year ago: 3×10/60,70,70
- 2 years ago: 3×10/30,40,50
Pro tip: Measure what you do, because you cannot improve what you do not measure.
