Find a million ways to stay motivated.

Live as if every day is a new day (because it is).

Live in deep gratitude and honor the temple (your body) housing everything keeping you alive.

Focus on cardio, strength, core, flexibility, nutrition, rest, and motivating goals.

Think prevention, not medicine.
