Wealth is how strenuous being active feels. Do you have enough cardio and strength to do things that are physically demanding – mountain hiking for example.
Can you touch your toes without bending your knees?
Can you do five pushups?
At a seated rest is your heart rate 60 or under?
Is your blood pressure within medical recommendations?
Of course, these are only a few of many common medical metrics.
