Delta first class seats hidden faces
The bottoms of the Delta first class cabin seats seem astonished at the news…and seem to be gasping, “oh no!”

 

We must beg, borrow, even steal sometimes in order to get the time to be active.

Seriously.

Even those that make it look easy must do this.

Why?

Because it is never easy.

It costs time.

Whether you are motivated or not, there is a price to pay.

Time.

    One is an investment and a treat, the other is a regret and a liability.

  3. Squeezed in another 40 minute ride yesterday. Not long mileage or time wise but so important for mental and physical health.

  4. Racking up miles can be over rated. Treating our bodies – the temple housing everything that keeps us alive – well is not.

    Dream big. Get there. Stay there.
