- Tuesday: Walk 5 minutes, slow jog 15 minutes without stopping, walk 5 minutes. Done
- Thursday: Walk 5 minutes, slow jog 10 minutes, walk 5 min, slow jog 10 mins, walk 5 minutes. Done.
- Saturday: Walk one lap, slow jog one lap, then 4 laps at 2:00 – 2:05 pace with a lap walk between each. Then walk one lap and finish with one lap slow jog. Done.
