What does it sound like when you change your health?

Your heart rate slows.

Your breathes are deeper and longer.

Your range of motion increases, as does your overall strength and endurance.

You notice the difference between high quality food and low quality food in your stomach.

You have an energy that isn’t dependent on caffeine.

You feel more confident.

You feel more grateful for and aware of your body’s grand design.

You sleep better, and longer.

And changing is never about losing weight, but weight is an undeniable metric, like heart rate, blood pressure, and cholesterol.

People would never believe i struggle (now) with my weight, and always have.
