There’s an incomplete picture of your world, and it creates an incomplete insight into how you can become healthy, how long it takes and the quiet, hard work involved.
You probably can’t envision yourself as a super healthy person, because of your personality or circumstance, or because you think you look and act nothing like a physically fit person.
And if you can’t see yourself as irrationally fit, how can you believe you can become that kind of person?
Our personal health skills can (will) decay if not practiced (exercised) routinely (daily).
