His Goal Is 21 Days Of Healthy Eating?

21 days is one thing, but 365? Come on, no way.

Good morning from Beaumont, Texas. Last night completing the audio visual check for this morning’s presentation, one of the men talked about the 21-day challenge his church does every January. It’s a cleansing process focused on spirituality, but complimented with physical cleansing.

It was so intriguing to hear him talk about eating healthy, sensibly, consistently. And how much better he already feels after just three days.

All I could think was – glad to see you’re not surprised. And then started to wonder what happens the other 344 days of the year.

  1. Maybe it starts with a 22 day challenge and then goes to 22, 23, 24, and so on, and so on, and so on. A healthy habit has to have its start somewhere.

  2. Patty, I hope so. I have much experience with one day at a time. It’s about the only way some giant dragons are slayed.
