Patty, it is over the course of time (10, 20, 30 years), long after any new wellness honeymoon effect is gone that the real work is required – the work of staying there.

Dream big Get there. Stay there.

Soon enough, our discipline and motivation will get aggressively tested – over and over again – as we fight off the demons of overconfidence, boredom, injury, time, distractions, competing priorities, etc.
