Having and not having are equal?

Feynman quote
Yes and, do you expect to be healthy, because i expect you to be healthy.

Is not wanting something as satisfying as having it?

Not wanting it is like having it.

For example, chocolate. Having no desire for chocolate is satisfying. Eating chocolate also satisfies. The desire is quenched either way.

Satisfying.

No?

Except maybe, for example, not wanting personally vibrant health.
