What’s an ideal body weight for you?
Most likely, the weight we maintained at age 17 or 18 – as a High School senior – is our ideal body weight.
- You graduated High School (not everyone does).
- You were relatively healthy (not everyone is at 17-18).
- You were decently active.
Subtract your High School weight from how much you weigh now.
Take the difference and divide it by your High School weight.
That is the percentage of extra weight you are carrying around all day.
Does the math show a clear path to healthy or potentially unhealthy?
