Warmup for 3.5 miles, then three miles of fartlek. Then five more miles to complete an 11.5-mile day.

The physical way is as simple as it sounds.

Be physical…

Endurance.

Strength.

Rest.

Fuel.

Stretch.

Core.

Walk

Six miles before 930am. It just happens. It’s not a goal, not the mileage. Walking is the goal. When it’s with Cheryl, like today, it’s better.

We walked six miles together.

Then i walked four more miles in the yard.

In case it isn’t obvious, walking is good exercise.

Also in case it isn’t obvious, movement is what our body is designed for.

If we were designed to sit, we’d probably be a rock.
