Walk and then walk some more

Walked 7+ miles by lunchtime. Late start but ok with it because clouds are today’s sunscreen.

Move. Rest. Fuel.

Lately, been walking five to seven miles to start the day, and then walking some more throughout the rest of the day. Some walking starts early, then ends after 10 consecutive miles. Been consistently getting eight hours (or close to it) of sleep per night. Been working (fueling) on eating well too.
