One Question A Day?

Say what?

Kids built this yesterday.

Like a broken record, right?

All the new year, new you messaging.

All the new decade, new you yada, yada.

Yes, and…

The temple housing everything keeping you alive is wondering what your wellness goals and plans are for 2020.

One Question A Day?

Fear and doing nothing

quote
In discomfort now.

Fear and doing nothing.

What if?

Right?

What if something goes terribly wrong?

Work hard to mitigate risk. Work hard to create “worst case” scenarios so you can determine your recovery options and loss prevention options.

If we don’t, we become a prisoner to fear, a bird in a cage so to speak, never free to fly.

Do you see physical health as an expense or an investment?

Do you see physical health as an expense or an investment?

Please read the next sentence carefully to absorb the subtle, yet obvious, meaning.

How you see everything is how you see everything.

See staying healthy a reward, so it is.

See staying healthy a hassle, so it is.

Can you answer this question with conviction?

father and son at Cinderella Castle
After school yesterday, we walked 3+ miles in search of a few Disney hats.

Can you answer this question with conviction?

What’s holding you back from becoming vibrantly healthy?

One Question A Day?

Who is it in your family?

discomfort
Truth. Run to it. Embrace it. Love it.

When i try to recall a member of my family who spent their life staying active, eating well, making sleep a priority, no one comes to mind.

Not on my wife’s side either.

This makes me feel weird.

Who is it in your family? Is it more than one person?

Ps. In a perfect world, your name, for starters, is on your list.
