No-gym gym

This is my primary gym, at the end of the Motel property. Also used Granite Park Chalet, several trails, and a summit. No equipment necessary.

Covid-19 revealed i do not need a gym or equipment to stay active. Months before 2020’s seven-week Glacier trip, a no-gym gym routine was established.

An honest end

Keep it simple. When it’s simple we do it. When we do it it becomes a habit. An excellent concept that’s complicated and hard simply doesn’t work. Simplicity is operational genius.
