In fact, there is never a time to be in poor health. Listen, we all go in and out of poor health, but at some point, there are no more excusesreasons conditions that justify it.
Congrats on making that commitment when you did, long before anyone knew of Covid-19 and that being in great health helps you fight Covid-19.

Can’t do core or won’t do core?
Core exercises are challenging because, generally speaking, we are starting from a weak spot and progress seems impossible because our core is in fact impossibly weak.
Here’s a little secret about core.
Core responds nicely and graciously when you stay with it in a slow and steady fashion.
Eventually, your core is remarkably strong.
Such a wonderful gift you give yourself.
