What matters to me is how will I keep exercising? How will I keep it interesting enough to never get bored enough to quit. For a lifetime.

Wondering if the Dalai Lama has work life balance. Spiritual wellbeing is critical, most would say. So is physical wellbeing. And many believe it’s a sin to neglect one or the other.

Compared to the Dalai Lama in mainstream consciousness, are we a David before a Goliath. Outside of mainstream, well, no comment at this time.
