Ever feel like you’re out of gas (energy)? Chalking it up to lack of sleep. Went to Gold’s Gym yesterday for only the fourth time this month. Halfway through the usual hour workout, called it quits. The combination of life’s big choices and the lack of sleep.

The antidote? Eight hours of sleep every night this week. We’ll see. Nine days…
