Being tired increases the odds for a poor side effect

Busy, fast-paced, pressure-filled days are the standard.

Being tired increases the odds for a poor side effect – being irritable and impatient.

We don’t need to be tired to act this way, but it sure accelerates the symptoms.

Exhaustion is a heavy burden to carry.

It’s not fair.

At all.

Figure it out.

We know this.

Our goal is to have very few days, if any at all, like this

Mid Life Celebration excerpt
Work will always be one of the highest ranked excuses for not exercising.

Ran for an hour yesterday. Ran 50 minutes the day before that.

While running, thought this morning would be another great opportunity for a long, slow run.

Awoke at 2:30am and it’s now six hours later.

No run.

Time for more work.

No time to run, not even one mile?

Nope.

The Herd says, don’t become amazingly healthy

Madison Square Garden and Mid Life Celebration
Someday… sooner rather than later…

Al Sharpton has lost 170 pounds. Saw him on Oprah last night (watched five minutes) as we were searching for which channel was televising the Seahawks versus the 49ers.

Looking at the photos throughout his life and looking at him now…

Wow!

What’s stopping any of us?

The Herd.

The Herd says, don’t become amazingly healthy, you’ll make the rest of us feel too much guilt.

Congrats to the Seahawks btw.
