Why take the risk to put an actual dent in our wellness, or the Universe?

Many of them went to the Y to work out (on Friday night no less) before the 8pm book club start

 

So inspired that Monica’s book club was scheduled around evening workout schedules so that no one would have to sacrifice their physical wellness.

The most amazing thing about taking the risk to put an actual dent in the Universe is that the hoped for vibe will eventually catch hold with a small group of like-minded people.

Never be okay with giving in to “it’s not worth it anymore”

Excuses are a dime a dozen and it’s easy to walk around with a nickel’s worth.

Be okay with getting detoured, but never be okay with giving in to “it’s not worth it anymore”.

Note: Aimed for sub-six-minute mile. Prior to the three week stretch, able to do it ‘at will’. Not yesterday.

Specific or vague, the results are astounding

The more specific our health goals, the more specific our actions will be day after day, week after week, month after month, until we die.

The more general (vague) our goals, the more freedom we have to make excuses and put routine practices on the back burner.
